About Classes

A limited number of lessons are made available *monthly*. The schedule is released at noon on the 28th of the previous month. To be fair to all students, please sign up for only one weeknight class the day of the schedule release. After that time you are free to sign up for as many as you’d like.

There is no limit on how many weekEND classes you may sign up for monthly.

No prior aerial experience or movement background necessary!

Classes take place in the Crossfit gym located in the Rupert Huse Veteran Center unless otherwise stated. Please be respectful of any individuals or other students in the space.

All students will be required to sign up prior to class, arrive on time, fill out a waiver, follow directions in class and maintain a positive and respectful attitude.

Please come to class wearing clothing that covers the backs of your knees. Socks are recommended. Be prepared to remove jewelry. Please bring a water bottle, your phone, and any emergency medication.

  • Class/lesson

    Class will be catered to your needs as you rotate through exercises and movements with one other student. (Currently limited to 2 people unless discussed). May be taken as a Private Lesson by signing up for BOTH student spots is the class

    Price: $40/person weeknight, $45 weekend
    Private lesson price: $75 Weeknight, $85 Weekend

  • Kid's Classes

    Now offering small group classes for children ages 5-14 on lyra and sling/hammock!

    Weekly attendance is recommended, but not required.

    Price: $35

  • Social Circus

    Small group classes for children and teens addressing social-pragmatic and interaction skills while working on fun aerial and circus activities! Delivered by a certified, and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and aerialist trained through the Circus Arts Institute’s Circus Arts Therapy Program.

  • Sensory Circus

    Have a sensory seeking child at home looking for a outlet? Searching for new ideas to help your sensory seeker or avoider fill/empty their cup? Come see me for some sensory focused play and learning formed around aerial and circus! As a Speech Language Pathologist using child-led and play based therapy with a focus on sensory needs and their impact on daily life, I can help you and your child meet sensory needs while having fun and learning circus skills!
